These Terms of Service govern your use of the websites, forms, scheduling tools, and services operated by Major Solutions Firm, LLC ("Major Solutions Firm," "we," "us," or "our"). Please read them before you submit any information to us. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

MEDICARE DISCLOSURE
We want this to be the first thing you read, because it answers the question most people are already asking.
We do not offer every plan available in your area. The number of organizations and products we represent varies by ZIP code and service area. Please contact Medicare.gov, 1-800-MEDICARE, or your local State Health Insurance Program (SHIP) to get information on all of your options.
Major Solutions Firm, LLC is not connected with or endorsed by the U.S. government or the federal Medicare program. To reach Medicare directly, call 1-800-MEDICARE (TTY: 1-877-486-2048) or visit Medicare.gov.
Here's what this means: We are an independent agency, not the government. We can only tell you about the plans we carry - and there are others out there. We will always tell you where to look for the rest.
Note: Plan and carrier counts vary by service area. The counts current for your specific area will be provided to you before we discuss any plan benefits.
WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO
Major Solutions Firm is an independent licensed insurance agency. We provide Medicare-related education and assistance and may help you explore coverage options that fit your situation.
We are licensed to sell insurance in the states where we conduct business. We are not licensed in every state and can only assist residents of states where we hold an active license. If you are outside the states we are licensed in, we will tell you and point you toward help you can actually use.
Information provided through our services is general in nature. It does not guarantee eligibility, plan availability, enrollment, approval, savings, or benefits. Plan details change every year, and the information that is accurate for one plan year may not be accurate for the next.
Here's what this means: We educate first. We can only help with the plans we carry, in the states where we are licensed, and nothing on this site is a promise of coverage.
THERE IS NO COST TO YOU
We do not charge you a fee for our services. When you enroll in a plan through us, we are compensated by the insurance carrier. Your premium is the same whether you enroll through our agency, through another agent, or directly with the carrier.
Here's what this means: You pay nothing for our help. Working with us does not raise your premium by a dollar.

Content on our websites and in our communications is educational. It is not legal, medical, tax, or financial advice, and using our services does not create an attorney-client, physician-patient, or fiduciary relationship. INFORMATION YOU SUBMIT
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Submitting a form is a request for contact and information - it is not an application for insurance, and it does not enroll you in anything.
Before we discuss specific plan types with you, we will complete a Scope of Appointment. This is a Medicare requirement that documents what you agreed to talk about, and it protects you as much as it protects us.
If you submit information on behalf of another person, you represent that you have that person's permission and authority to do so. Selecting an authorized-representative option on a form does not, by itself, establish legal authority, power of attorney, guardianship, or any other formal representative status.
Please do not send detailed medical records, diagnoses, or account numbers through unsecured web forms or email. If we need that level of detail, we will direct you to a secure channel.
Here's what this means: Tell us the truth, only speak for someone else if you actually have the right to, and know that filling out a form does not sign you up for anything.
COMMUNICATIONS AND TEXT MESSAGING
When you provide consent, Major Solutions Firm, LLC may contact you about the Medicare-related assistance you requested by phone call, text message, or email. These communications may use automated technology or a prerecorded voice where permitted by law.
Your permission applies only to Major Solutions Firm, LLC, and only to the topic and duration of your request. We do not pass your consent to anyone else.
SMS PROGRAM DISCLOSURE - By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Major Solutions Firm, LLC. Message types include appointment scheduling and reminders, responses to your questions, enrollment period notices, and Medicare-related information you requested. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at [email protected] or (800) 661-2138. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You may withdraw consent at any time, for any channel, and we will honor it. Opting out of text messages does not remove you from any coverage you have enrolled in.
Here's what this means: You control this. Reply STOP and the texts end. You will never be penalized for saying no, and your number stays with us - it does not get sold or handed to anyone else.
CALL RECORDING
Medicare rules require licensed agents to record marketing, sales, and enrollment calls with beneficiaries in their entirety. We record these calls, we will tell you at the start of the call that we are recording, and we retain those recordings as required. If you prefer not to be recorded, we will let you know what other options are available to you.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our services may link to or operate through HealthSherpa, insurance carriers, enrollment platforms, scheduling tools, and other third-party providers. Those third parties operate under their own terms and privacy notices. Major Solutions Firm is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or practices. We encourage you to read their notices before you use them.
WHO MAY USE OUR SERVICES
Our services are intended for adults 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to submit information through our forms.
PERMITTED USE
You may use our services only for lawful, personal purposes. You may not:
- interfere with the operation or security of our systems;
- submit false, misleading, or unauthorized information;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our services;
- copy, scrape, resell, or exploit our content except as allowed by law; or
- use our services to violate another person's rights.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Nothing in these terms limits any right or liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing in these terms limits our obligations under applicable insurance laws and regulations.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Major Solutions Firm, LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of our services, your violation of these terms, or your submission of information you did not have authority to submit.
TERMINATION AND RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
We may suspend or discontinue any part of our services, or decline to provide services to any person, at any time and for any lawful reason. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS AND SIGNATURES
By using our services, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, and you agree that electronic records, disclosures, and signatures satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. You may withdraw this consent by contacting us, though doing so may limit our ability to serve you.
PRIVACY

ACCESSIBILITY

GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute not subject to a separate dispute-resolution provision shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Chatham County, Georgia, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
RESOLVING CONCERNS

You agree to give us written notice describing the concern and at least sixty (60) days to resolve it before starting any formal proceeding. We agree to do the same before starting one against you. Nothing in this section prevents either of us from seeking relief in small claims court, or from seeking an injunction to protect intellectual property or system security.
Here's what this means: If something goes wrong, talk to us first. Give us two months to make it right before anyone involves a courtroom - and small claims court always stays open to you.
GENERAL TERMS
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any consent language presented to you at the time of submission, are the entire agreement between us regarding your use of our services.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms periodically. The effective date at the top identifies the latest revision. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
