PRIVACY POLICY

MAJOR SOLUTIONS FIRM, LLC | EFFECTIVE DATE: AUGUST 24, 2026 | LAST UPDATED: AUGUST 24, 2026

You are about to hand us your name, your phone number, your date of birth, and information about your Medicare situation. That is not small. This policy explains exactly what happens to it.

Major Solutions Firm, LLC ("Major Solutions Firm," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our websites, forms, and Medicare-related services.

MEDICARE DISCLOSURE

We do not offer every plan available in your area. The number of organizations and products we represent varies by ZIP code and service area. Please contact Medicare.gov, 1-800-MEDICARE, or your local State Health Insurance Program (SHIP) to get information on all of your options.

Major Solutions Firm, LLC is a licensed insurance agency and is not connected with or endorsed by the U.S. government or the federal Medicare program. To reach Medicare directly, call 1-800-MEDICARE (TTY: 1-877-486-2048) or visit Medicare.gov.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect information you give us directly, including your name, mobile and landline telephone numbers, email address, mailing address or ZIP code, date of birth, Medicare or military relationship, communication preferences, form responses, and other information needed to respond to your request.

We collect mobile telephone numbers through the forms on our website, through our scheduling tools, and when you provide one to us by phone or in person. We use them to schedule and confirm appointments, answer your questions, and send the Medicare-related information you asked for.

We also collect recordings of marketing, sales, and enrollment calls, as Medicare rules require, along with basic device, browser, usage, and analytics information when you visit our sites.

Here's what this means: We ask for what we need to help you - and nothing more. If we do not need it, we do not want it.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use information to respond to your request, provide Medicare education and assistance, schedule conversations, administer intake and Scope of Appointment processes, send communications you asked for, maintain records, improve our services, protect our systems, and comply with legal, regulatory, carrier, and contractual requirements.

We do not use your information to build advertising profiles about you, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to the help you requested.

TEXT MESSAGING AND MOBILE INFORMATION

This section deserves its own heading, because it is the part people worry about most.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services. All other categories of information described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.

We may share mobile numbers and opt-in data only with subcontractors and service providers, under confidentiality obligations, and only to support the customer service, delivery, or technical operation of our messaging program. We do not sell mobile numbers. We do not share them with lead generators. We do not transfer your consent to anyone.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at [email protected] or (800) 661-2138. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Here's what this means: Your number stops with us. It is not sold, not rented, not handed to a lead buyer - not ever.

COMMUNICATIONS AND CONSENT

When you provide consent, Major Solutions Firm may contact you about the Medicare-related assistance you requested by phone, text message, or email. Communications may use automated technology or a prerecorded voice where permitted by law.

Your permission applies only to Major Solutions Firm, LLC, and only to the topic and duration of your request. You may withdraw consent at any time.

CALL RECORDING

Medicare rules require licensed agents to record marketing, sales, and enrollment calls with beneficiaries in their entirety. We record these calls, we tell you at the start of the call that we are recording, and we store those recordings securely for the retention period described below.

MEDICARE INTAKE AND HEALTHSHERPA

Detailed Medicare intake, Scope of Appointment, and application activities may be completed through HealthSherpa or another authorized platform. Those services are governed by their own privacy notices and terms.

Major Solutions Firm limits the information synchronized into our customer-management system to what is reasonably needed for identity matching, status tracking, and operations. We do not pull your medication list, your pharmacy, your prescribing providers, or detailed health information into that system. We do not need it there, so we do not keep it there.

Here's what this means: The sensitive health details you enter during an application stay on the enrollment platform. They do not get copied into our day-to-day system.

HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

We share information only in these situations:

- With vendors and service providers that help us operate, such as our customer-management platform, scheduling tools, and messaging providers - all under confidentiality obligations.

- With licensed agents, insurance carriers, plan partners, or enrollment platforms, when authorized by you or reasonably necessary to fulfill the request you made.

- With government, regulatory, legal, or security parties when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all of the above and are not shared with any third parties, other than the aggregators and providers of the text message services themselves.

WE DO NOT SELL YOUR INFORMATION

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell, rent, or transfer your information to lead generators or data brokers.

COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

Our websites use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use our pages.

We do not place advertising or retargeting trackers on pages where Medicare or health-related intake information is collected. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) and similar browser-based opt-out signals where our systems can receive them.

Here's what this means: You can see what is running on our site and you can turn it off. And the pages where you tell us about your health carry no advertising trackers at all.

FINANCIAL PRIVACY

As a licensed insurance agency, we are a financial institution under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, and we handle your nonpublic personal financial information in accordance with that law and applicable state insurance privacy regulations. We do not disclose nonpublic personal information about you to nonaffiliated third parties except as permitted by law or as described in this policy.

HEALTH INFORMATION

In the course of helping you evaluate Medicare coverage, we may receive information about your health. Where we handle protected health information on behalf of a Medicare Advantage or Part D plan, we do so as a downstream entity of that plan and in accordance with the privacy and security requirements those plans and applicable law impose on us. We limit access to this information to the people who need it to serve you.

SECURITY

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect the information we hold, including access controls and secure storage. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your information has been compromised, contact us immediately at [email protected].

HOW LONG WE KEEP INFORMATION

We retain enrollment records, Scope of Appointment forms, call recordings, and consent records for a minimum of ten years, as required by Medicare rules. We retain text messaging consent records for at least five years to document your permission. Other information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy and for applicable legal, regulatory, contractual, and recordkeeping requirements, then securely disposed of.

Here's what this means: Some records we are legally required to keep for a decade. That is why a deletion request may not remove everything - and we will always tell you what we had to keep and why.

YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

We extend the following rights to every person who contacts us, regardless of where you live:

- Access - ask what personal information we hold about you.

- Correct - ask us to fix information that is wrong or out of date.

- Delete - ask us to delete your information, subject to the legal retention requirements described above.

- Copy - request a portable copy of the information you provided to us.

- Opt out - withdraw consent to calls, texts, or emails at any time.

- Appeal - if we deny your request, ask us to reconsider it.

To make a request, email [email protected], write to us at the address below, or call (800) 661-2138. We will verify your identity before acting, which usually means confirming details you already gave us. We respond within 45 days and will tell you if we need more time. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission from you.

We will never deny you service, charge you a different price, or provide you a lesser level of service because you exercised a privacy right.

Here's what this means: Ask us anything about your own information. We will answer, and it will never cost you a thing or change how we treat you.

IF THERE IS A DATA BREACH

If your personal information is involved in a security incident, we will notify you and any required authorities promptly, in accordance with applicable law.

AGE REQUIREMENT

Our services are intended for adults 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a minor, we will delete it.

THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our websites may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, and we are not responsible for their practices. We encourage you to read the privacy notice of any site you visit from ours.

UPDATES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy periodically. The effective date at the top identifies the latest revision. We review this policy at least once a year, because the rules that govern Medicare marketing and consumer privacy change frequently.
